Advance - Old age caused the death Friday night at 9 of Solomon
SERING one of the well known men of this vicinity. He was 79 and had
lived in Advance 13 years. Born in Union County he lived for a time in
Ohio then in Boone County before coming here. The widow, who was
formerly Miss Mary DEMORET of Ohio survives together with 4 children
only one of whom, James M. Sering lives here. Funeral services were held
at Ward at the Christian Church of which the deceased was a member with
burial in Old Union Cemetery. - kbz
